5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
In case of no-show without prior notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost may be charged.
